The mats were alive with energy. From adult drills to kids’ footwork games; this is what the start of our journey looked like.

The mats were alive with energy. From adult drills to kids’ footwork games; this is what the start of our journey looked like.

Week one of classes at Team Mana Muay Thai was everything we hoped for and more.

We kicked off with a full slate of classes, including Muay Thai for Adults, Little Legends, Sparring, and our Women’s Only sessions. From early morning grind sessions to packed evening classes, the energy was focused, fiery, and full of heart.

We watched beginners throw their first jab, saw kids help each other with footwork drills, and witnessed that post-class glow from members rediscovering what they’re capable of. Our coaches were blown away by the determination and community already forming.

Students told us they’d never felt so welcomed, and that the coaching stood out not just for its technical quality, but for the way it made them feel; motivated, seen, and pushed.

TMMT isn’t just about technique. It’s about finding your Mana and our students are already on their way.
